🍽️ Chicken Wraps with Peppers and Onions

Ingredients
- 400 g chicken breast fillet
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 bell peppers (red and yellow)
- 1 red chili pepper
- 2 red onions
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken breast fillets under cold water.
- 2. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
- 4. Heat some oil in a grill pan.
- 5. Cook the chicken in the hot pan, turning occasionally, for 6 to 8 minutes until done.
- 6. Remove the meat from the pan and let it cool down briefly.
- 7. Cut the cooled chicken into thin strips.
- 8. Wash the bell peppers and the chili.
- 9. Halve the vegetables and remove the seeds.
- 10. Cut the bell peppers into strips.
- 11. Finely chop the chili.
- 12. Peel the onions and halve them.
- 13. Cut the onions into strips as well.
- 14. Add all the prepared vegetables to the still hot pan with the remaining oil.
- 15. Sauté the vegetables for 4 to 5 minutes.
- 16. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper.
- 17. Warm the wheat tortillas briefly according to the package instructions.
- 18. Distribute the vegetables and the chicken meat onto the tortillas.
- 19. Roll the tortillas tightly.
- 20. Cut the wraps in half.
- 21. Serve the wraps immediately.
