  1. 1. Rinse the chicken breast fillets under cold water.
  2. 2. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Heat some oil in a grill pan.
  5. 5. Cook the chicken in the hot pan, turning occasionally, for 6 to 8 minutes until done.
  6. 6. Remove the meat from the pan and let it cool down briefly.
  7. 7. Cut the cooled chicken into thin strips.
  8. 8. Wash the bell peppers and the chili.
  9. 9. Halve the vegetables and remove the seeds.
  10. 10. Cut the bell peppers into strips.
  11. 11. Finely chop the chili.
  12. 12. Peel the onions and halve them.
  13. 13. Cut the onions into strips as well.
  14. 14. Add all the prepared vegetables to the still hot pan with the remaining oil.
  15. 15. Sauté the vegetables for 4 to 5 minutes.
  16. 16. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper.
  17. 17. Warm the wheat tortillas briefly according to the package instructions.
  18. 18. Distribute the vegetables and the chicken meat onto the tortillas.
  19. 19. Roll the tortillas tightly.
  20. 20. Cut the wraps in half.
  21. 21. Serve the wraps immediately.
