  3. 3. Mix the remaining wheat groats, two tablespoons of oil, and the salt with the flour.
  4. 4. Stir the yeast into the lukewarm water until smooth.
  5. 5. Add the yeast mixture to the flour and mix everything well.
  6. 6. Knead the dough with the dough hooks of an electric hand mixer until smooth.
  7. 7. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.
  8. 8. Preheat the oven to 240 degrees.
  9. 9. Knead the dough thoroughly on a floured work surface.
  10. 10. Shape the dough into a ball.
  11. 11. Let the dough ball rise again for about 45 minutes.
  12. 12. Pull the dough ball apart lengthwise.
  13. 13. Brush the dough with the remaining oil.
  14. 14. Sprinkle the dough with the reserved wheat groats.
  15. 15. Score the dough diagonally a few times.
  16. 16. Bake the bread in the preheated oven at 240 degrees for 10 minutes.
  17. 17. Reduce the temperature to 200 degrees.
  18. 18. Finish baking the bread for another 20 to 25 minutes.
