🍽️ Creamy Wheat Porridge with Dates

Ingredients
- 500 ml Milk
- 2 tbsp Vanilla Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
- 100 g Wheat Grits
- 80 g Dates (pitted)
- 4 tbsp Liquid Honey
Instructions
- 1. Put the milk, vanilla sugar, and cinnamon into a pot.
- 2. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring.
- 3. Sprinkle the wheat groats (coarsely ground wheat) into the boiling milk.
- 4. Let the porridge simmer on medium heat for about 25 minutes.
- 5. Stir regularly to prevent sticking.
- 6. Check the consistency occasionally and add more milk if needed.
- 7. Cut the dates into small pieces.
- 8. Gently fold the date pieces into the finished porridge.
- 9. Divide the porridge into individual bowls.
- 10. Drizzle some honey over each serving.
- 11. Serve the porridge immediately while warm.
