🍽️ Wheat Porridge with Strawberries

Ingredients
- 100 g Wheat
- 2 tbsp Raisins
- 200 g Sour Milk
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 250 g Strawberries
- 2 tsp Pistachio Kernels
Instructions
- 1. Mix wheat groats and raisins in a bowl with 100 ml of water and let it soak covered overnight.
- 2. Wash, clean, and dry the strawberries thoroughly. Cut the berries into smaller pieces if needed. For serving, stir the buttermilk and maple syrup into the grain mixture, distribute it into bowls, and top with strawberries and pistachios.
