  1. 1. Fill a pot with about one liter of water and bring it to a boil.
  2. 2. Remove the pot from the heat so the water stops boiling vigorously.
  3. 3. Place the white sausages into the hot water.
  4. 4. Let the sausages sit in the water for about 10 minutes until they are thoroughly warm.
  5. 5. Meanwhile, slice the pretzels into pieces about two centimeters thick.
  6. 6. Thoroughly wash the parsley leaves.
  7. 7. Shake the parsley dry.
  8. 8. Remove the warm sausages from the water.
  9. 9. Carefully remove the casing from the white sausages.
  10. 10. Slice the peeled sausages.
  11. 11. Place a slice of white sausage on a pretzel slice.
  12. 12. Add a small dollop of mustard onto the sausage.
  13. 13. Cover everything with another pretzel slice.
  14. 14. Insert a toothpick through the layers to secure them.
  15. 15. Garnish the bites with the dry parsley leaves.
