🍽️ Refreshing Apricot White Wine Punch with Mint and Lemon

Ingredients
- 1 small can apricots
- 0.5 bunch mint
- 1 lemon (organic)
- 2 bottles semi-dry white wine
- 1 bottle mineral water
Instructions
- 1. Drain the can of apricots over a sieve to let the syrup drain off.
- 2. Rinse the mint under cold water and shake it dry.
- 3. Carefully pick the mint leaves off the tough stems.
- 4. Wash the lemon under hot water and pat it dry.
- 5. Peel the skin of the lemon into a long spiral using a vegetable peeler.
- 6. Cut the apricots into small wedges or cubes.
- 7. Place the apricots, mint leaves, and lemon spiral into a large punch bowl.
- 8. Pour one bottle of white wine over the fruits and herbs.
- 9. Place the punch in the refrigerator for one hour to let the flavors infuse.
- 10. Take the punch out of the refrigerator shortly before serving.
- 11. Pour a second bottle of well-chilled white wine into the punch.
- 12. Top up the punch with mineral water to your taste.
