🍽️ Refreshing White Wine Fruit Punch

Ingredients
- 2 tsp black tea
- 2 tbsp honey
- 24 ice cubes
- 2 unwaxed lemons
- 2 unwaxed oranges
- 1 apple (e.g. Granny Smith)
- 0.5 cucumber
- 500 ml apple juice (clear)
- 500 ml dry white wine
Instructions
- 1. Pour 500 milliliters of boiling water over the tea in a pot.
- 2. Let the tea steep for about 3 minutes.
- 3. Strain the tea through a sieve into a clean pot.
- 4. Sweeten the tea to taste with honey.
- 5. Add half of the ice cubes to the tea.
- 6. Wash a lemon and an orange under hot water.
- 7. Slice the lemon and the orange into rounds.
- 8. Cut the slices into small pieces.
- 9. Squeeze the juice from the remaining lemon.
- 10. Squeeze the juice from the remaining orange.
- 11. Wash the apple thoroughly.
- 12. Cut the apple into four quarters.
- 13. Remove the core from the apple quarters.
- 14. Slice the cored apple quarters.
- 15. Wash the cucumber thoroughly.
- 16. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise.
- 17. Slice the cucumber halves.
- 18. Pour the citrus juice into a large punch bowl.
- 19. Add the cucumber slices to the bowl.
- 20. Add the lemon and orange pieces to the bowl.
- 21. Add the apple slices to the bowl.
- 22. Pour the prepared tea into the bowl.
- 23. Pour the apple juice into the bowl.
- 24. Pour the white wine into the bowl.
- 25. Place the punch in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- 26. Add the remaining ice cubes to the punch just before serving.
