  1. 1. Pour 150 milliliters of water into a cup.
  2. 2. Place the tea bag in the water and steep it according to the package instructions.
  3. 3. Remove the tea bag and let the tea cool down for about 30 minutes.
  4. 4. Peel the cherimoya fruit in the meantime.
  5. 5. Cut the cherimoya in half and remove the seeds.
  6. 6. Cut the cherimoya flesh into small pieces.
  7. 7. Place the cherimoya pieces and the yogurt into a tall container.
  8. 8. Add a few drops of sweetener if you like.
  9. 9. Rinse the carambola under running water.
  10. 10. Dry the carambola with a cloth.
  11. 11. Slice the carambola into thin rounds.
  12. 12. Pour the cooled tea into the yogurt mixture.
  13. 13. Add a few ice cubes.
  14. 14. Blend everything until creamy and frothy using a hand blender.
  15. 15. Pour the smoothie into a glass.
