  3. 3. Cut off the hard, woody ends of the asparagus stalks.
  4. 4. Wash the carrots.
  5. 5. Peel the carrots.
  6. 6. Cut the carrots in half lengthwise.
  7. 7. Cut very thick carrots into quarters if necessary.
  8. 8. Peel the piece of ginger.
  9. 9. Cut the ginger into very small cubes.
  10. 10. Wash the lime under running water.
  11. 11. Dry the lime with a kitchen towel.
  12. 12. Cut the lime in half.
  13. 13. Slice the lime halves into thin slices.
  14. 14. Cut a piece of baking paper to approximately 40 by 40 centimeters.
  15. 15. Brush the baking paper thinly with oil.
  16. 16. Sprinkle some salt on the oil.
  17. 17. Sprinkle some sugar on the oil.
  18. 18. Sprinkle some pepper on the oil.
  19. 19. Place the prepared asparagus stalks on the paper.
  20. 20. Place the carrot pieces on the paper.
  21. 21. Distribute the ginger cubes over the vegetables.

  25. 25. Fold the sides of the paper over the vegetables.
