  1. 1. Cut the orange zest into thin strips.
  2. 2. Place a pot with a little water on the stove and heat it up.
  3. 3. Place a heatproof bowl over the hot water, making sure it does not touch the water.
  4. 4. Put the white chocolate into the bowl and stir until it is completely melted.
  5. 5. Pour the melted chocolate into small round molds with a diameter of about 6 centimeters.
  6. 6. Wait briefly until the chocolate sets on the surface but is not completely hard yet.
  7. 7. Gently press the nuts, seeds, and fruit pieces into the still soft chocolate.
  8. 8. Let the chocolate discs cool completely until they are hard.
  9. 9. Carefully release the finished discs from the molds.
