🍽️ Crunchy white chocolate discs with fruit and nuts

Ingredients
- 2 slices candied oranges
- 250 g white chocolate
- 10 walnut half-kernels
- 10 cashew nuts
- 10 hazelnuts
- 1 tsp flax seeds
- 1 tbsp dried cranberries
Instructions
- 1. Cut the orange zest into thin strips.
- 2. Place a pot with a little water on the stove and heat it up.
- 3. Place a heatproof bowl over the hot water, making sure it does not touch the water.
- 4. Put the white chocolate into the bowl and stir until it is completely melted.
- 5. Pour the melted chocolate into small round molds with a diameter of about 6 centimeters.
- 6. Wait briefly until the chocolate sets on the surface but is not completely hard yet.
- 7. Gently press the nuts, seeds, and fruit pieces into the still soft chocolate.
- 8. Let the chocolate discs cool completely until they are hard.
- 9. Carefully release the finished discs from the molds.
