🍽️ White Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
- 200 g white chocolate
- 5 egg whites
- 100 g sugar
- 125 ml whipping cream
- 30 g vanilla sugar
- Raspberry sauce and whipping cream (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Melt the chopped chocolate in a water bath.
- 2. Whip the egg whites with sugar and vanilla sugar until stiff.
- 3. Whip the cream until stiff.
- 4. Fold the melted chocolate into the cream, then gently incorporate the egg whites. Fill into a large bowl and let it set in the refrigerator.
- 5. To serve, place some raspberry sauce with whipped cream on the plates and lightly swirl with a wooden stick. Scoop the mousse with a spoon (dipped in hot water) and place it on the sauce.
