🍽️ White Chocolate Coconut Truffles

Ingredients
- 650 g white chocolate
- 2 tbsp honey
- 400 ml coconut milk (warmed)
- 40 ml coconut liqueur
- 60 white chocolate hollow balls
- 4 tbsp coconut flakes
- 4 tbsp sliced almonds
- 4 tbsp sugar pearls
- 4 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
- 1. Roughly chop the white chocolate.
- 2. Take 300 grams of the chocolate and place it in a bowl together with the honey.
- 3. Add some hot coconut milk and the coconut liqueur to the center of the bowl.
- 4. Stir the ingredients from the center outwards with a spatula until a creamy mixture forms.
- 5. Gradually stir in the remaining hot milk.
- 6. Blend the mixture briefly with a hand blender until it is smooth and creamy.
- 7. Fill the truffle cream into the hollow molds using a piping bag.
- 8. Melt the remaining white chocolate over a hot water bath.
- 9. Let the melted chocolate cool down again.
- 10. Fill a small piping bag with some of the chocolate.
- 11. Seal the truffles with the chocolate from the piping bag.
- 12. Let the sealed truffles dry.
- 13. Place the coconut flakes, sliced almonds, sugar pearls, and powdered sugar into small separate bowls.
- 14. Stir the coating chocolate again.
- 15. Warm the coating chocolate briefly again if necessary.
- 16. Dip the truffles into the liquid chocolate using a candy fork.
- 17. Immediately roll the coated truffles in the prepared decorations (coconut flakes, sliced almonds, sugar pearls, or powdered sugar).
- 18. Let the finished truffles dry.
