  3. 3. Remove the grapes from the stems.
  4. 4. Place half of the grapes into a freezer bag.
  5. 5. Chill the grapes in the freezer bag for a short time.
  6. 6. Cut the melon in half.
  7. 7. Remove the seeds from the melon.
  8. 8. Scoop out melon balls using a melon baller.
  9. 9. Place the melon balls into a pitcher.
  10. 10. Add the remaining grapes to the melon.
  11. 11. Rinse the lemon under hot water.
  12. 12. Dry the lemon.
  13. 13. Slice the lemon into thin rounds.
  14. 14. Wash the mint.
  15. 15. Shake the mint dry.
  16. 16. Add the lemon slices to the pitcher.
  17. 17. Add the mint stems to the pitcher.
  18. 18. Pour half of the white wine into the pitcher.
  19. 19. Place the pitcher in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  20. 20. Pour the remaining white wine into the pitcher.
  21. 21. Pour mineral water into the pitcher.
  22. 22. Divide the frozen grapes among 6 glasses.
  23. 23. Fill the glasses with the white sangria.
