🍰 Refreshing White Sangria

Ingredients
- 600 g small white grapes
- 1 small cantaloupe melon
- 1 organic lemon
- 4 sprigs mint
- 1 l dry white wine
- 500 ml sparkling mineral water
Instructions
- 1. Wash the grapes thoroughly.
- 2. Dry the grapes with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Remove the grapes from the stems.
- 4. Place half of the grapes into a freezer bag.
- 5. Chill the grapes in the freezer bag for a short time.
- 6. Cut the melon in half.
- 7. Remove the seeds from the melon.
- 8. Scoop out melon balls using a melon baller.
- 9. Place the melon balls into a pitcher.
- 10. Add the remaining grapes to the melon.
- 11. Rinse the lemon under hot water.
- 12. Dry the lemon.
- 13. Slice the lemon into thin rounds.
- 14. Wash the mint.
- 15. Shake the mint dry.
- 16. Add the lemon slices to the pitcher.
- 17. Add the mint stems to the pitcher.
- 18. Pour half of the white wine into the pitcher.
- 19. Place the pitcher in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- 20. Pour the remaining white wine into the pitcher.
- 21. Pour mineral water into the pitcher.
- 22. Divide the frozen grapes among 6 glasses.
- 23. Fill the glasses with the white sangria.
