  2. 2. Whisk the egg whites with the sugar and vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form.
  3. 3. Whisk the cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. 4. Stir the melted chocolate into the whipped cream.
  5. 5. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the chocolate cream mixture.
  6. 6. Spoon the mousse into small serving bowls.
  7. 7. Place the bowls in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve.
  8. 8. Dip a spoon briefly into hot water.
  9. 9. Use the warm spoon to scoop out round balls from the cold mousse.
  10. 10. Place the mousse balls onto plates.
  11. 11. Garnish the mousse with powdered sugar and chocolate curls as desired.
