🍰 Classic White Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
- 150 g white chocolate
- 5 egg whites
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 125 ml heavy cream
- 30 g vanilla sugar
Instructions
- 1. Break the white chocolate into pieces and melt it using a double boiler.
- 2. Whisk the egg whites with the sugar and vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form.
- 3. Whisk the cream until stiff peaks form.
- 4. Stir the melted chocolate into the whipped cream.
- 5. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the chocolate cream mixture.
- 6. Spoon the mousse into small serving bowls.
- 7. Place the bowls in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve.
- 8. Dip a spoon briefly into hot water.
- 9. Use the warm spoon to scoop out round balls from the cold mousse.
- 10. Place the mousse balls onto plates.
- 11. Garnish the mousse with powdered sugar and chocolate curls as desired.
