  3. 3. Chop the white chocolate into small pieces.
  4. 4. Place the chocolate pieces, vanilla seeds, and cream into a small saucepan.
  5. 5. Heat the mixture gently while stirring until the chocolate has completely melted.
  6. 6. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the cream cool down.
  7. 7. Pour the cooled cream into a bowl.
  8. 8. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator overnight.
  9. 9. Wash the strawberries thoroughly the next day.
  10. 10. Remove the green stems and leaves from the strawberries.
  11. 11. Cut the strawberries into small pieces.
  12. 12. Mix the strawberry pieces with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt.
