🍽️ White Fudge Cubes

Ingredients
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 100 g white chocolate
- 100 g butter
- 75 ml milk
- 30 g cashew nuts (coarsely chopped)
- 30 g dried cranberries
- vanilla pods
- butter (for the pan)
Instructions
- 1. Sift the powdered sugar into a saucepan. Add the butter and milk and bring the mixture to a boil while stirring constantly. Then let it simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the finely chopped white chocolate until it is completely melted.
- 2. Stir the nuts together with the cranberries and the seeds from the vanilla pods into the chocolate mixture.
- 3. Grease the pan with a little butter, pour in the chocolate mixture, spread it evenly, and let it cool completely and set on a wire rack.
- 4. Release the chocolate mixture from the pan and cut into 2 cm pieces. Store well wrapped in an airtight container.
