  5. 5. Transfer the dough into a mixing bowl.
  6. 6. Add the remaining water, the remaining flour, and salt.
  7. 7. Knead the dough with a hand mixer or a food processor for about 15 minutes.
  8. 8. Stop kneading when the dough is smooth, elastic, and pulls away from the sides of the bowl.
  9. 9. Let the dough rise covered in a warm place until its volume has doubled.
  10. 10. Work the dough well again after it has risen.
  11. 11. Rub the dough with olive oil.
  12. 12. Place the dough into a bowl.
  13. 13. Cover the bowl with a clean, damp kitchen towel.
  14. 14. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour until it has doubled again.
