🍰 Chocolate-Dipped Grape Skewers

Ingredients
- 20 large white grapes
- 100 g dark milk chocolate coating
- 2 large potatoes
Instructions
- 1. Fill a pot with a little water and place it on the stove.
- 2. Place a heatproof bowl over the pot so that it does not touch the water.
- 3. Bring the water to a gentle simmer, but do not let it boil vigorously.
- 4. Put the milk chocolate coating into the bowl.
- 5. Stir the chocolate slowly until it is completely liquid and smooth.
- 6. Rinse the grapes under running water.
- 7. Dry the grapes thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
- 8. Carefully poke a hairpin into the side of each grape.
- 9. Gently lift the seeds out of the fruit.
- 10. Carefully peel the skin off the grape using a small knife.
- 11. Skewer a pitted grape onto a wooden stick.
- 12. Dip half of the grape into the melted chocolate.
- 13. Let the excess chocolate drip off for a moment.
- 14. Stick the skewers into a raw potato so they stand upright.
- 15. Let the chocolate air dry until it is firm.
- 16. Repeat the process with the remaining grapes.
- 17. Use the finished skewers as decoration for desserts.
