  2. 2. Remove the grapes from the stems.
  3. 3. Cut the individual grapes in half.
  4. 4. Distribute the grapes evenly among four glasses or small bowls.
  5. 5. Soak the gelatin in a bowl of cold water.
  6. 6. Pour the grape juice into a small saucepan.
  7. 7. Add cinnamon, cloves, and star anise to the juice.
  8. 8. Warm the spices together with the juice in the pot.
  9. 9. Squeeze the soaked gelatin well.
  10. 10. Stir the gelatin into the warm grape juice until it has completely dissolved.
  11. 11. Remove the pot from the heat.
  12. 12. Let the liquid cool down.
  13. 13. Pour the cooled mixture through a fine sieve into a bowl.
  14. 14. Pour the filtered liquid over the grapes in the glasses.
  15. 15. Place the glasses in the refrigerator.
  16. 16. Let the jelly set for at least four hours.
  17. 17. Add the almonds and powdered sugar to a frying pan.
  18. 18. Roast the almonds until golden brown without adding extra fat.
