  2. 2. Heat the mixture and let it simmer gently for 3 minutes.
  3. 3. Remove the pot from the heat and let the liquid cool down briefly.
  4. 4. Soak the gelatin in cold water.
  5. 5. Remove the cinnamon stick from the warm wine broth.
  6. 6. Squeeze the soaked gelatin well.
  7. 7. Dissolve the gelatin in the warm wine broth while stirring.
  8. 8. Pour the mixture into heart-shaped molds.
  9. 9. Let the jelly set in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
  10. 10. Wash the plums thoroughly.
  11. 11. Halve the plums and remove the pits.
  12. 12. Fry the plums in a hot pan with butter.
  13. 13. Sprinkle the plums with sugar.
  14. 14. Stew the plums for 2 to 3 minutes, turning them occasionally.
  15. 15. Carefully turn out the jelly hearts onto dessert plates.
  16. 16. Dust the jelly with a little cinnamon.
  17. 17. Arrange the stewed plums on the plates.
