🍽️ Heart-shaped Wine Jelly with Cinnamon Plums

Ingredients
- 500 ml White wine (off-dry)
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 40 g Sugar
- 7 sheets white gelatin
- 4 Heart-shaped molds
- Cinnamon (for dusting)
- 4 larger plums
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Sugar
Instructions
- 1. Put the wine, the cinnamon stick, and the sugar into a pot.
- 2. Heat the mixture and let it simmer gently for 3 minutes.
- 3. Remove the pot from the heat and let the liquid cool down briefly.
- 4. Soak the gelatin in cold water.
- 5. Remove the cinnamon stick from the warm wine broth.
- 6. Squeeze the soaked gelatin well.
- 7. Dissolve the gelatin in the warm wine broth while stirring.
- 8. Pour the mixture into heart-shaped molds.
- 9. Let the jelly set in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
- 10. Wash the plums thoroughly.
- 11. Halve the plums and remove the pits.
- 12. Fry the plums in a hot pan with butter.
- 13. Sprinkle the plums with sugar.
- 14. Stew the plums for 2 to 3 minutes, turning them occasionally.
- 15. Carefully turn out the jelly hearts onto dessert plates.
- 16. Dust the jelly with a little cinnamon.
- 17. Arrange the stewed plums on the plates.
