🍽️ Grape Leaves with Cream Cheese

Ingredients
- 200 g Ricotta
- 200 g curd cheese
- 2 grape leaves
- 1 tbsp rosemary needles
- 1 tbsp chive rings
- edible flowers (e.g. borage, chive and garlic flowers)
Instructions
- 1. Line a small round sieve with cheesecloth, add the ricotta, and press out the excess liquid.
- 2. Repeat the same process with the cottage cheese. Press both cheeses into a small bowl (about 8-10 cm) and then invert onto a grape leaf.
- 3. Now garnish with rosemary, chives, and edible flowers. It is best served as a snack with fresh country bread.
