  1. 1. Finely grate the orange peel.
  2. 2. Mix the orange zest with the vanilla sugar and mascarpone until creamy.
  3. 3. Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
  4. 4. Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  5. 5. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the mascarpone cream.
  6. 6. Mix the orange juice with the honey, apple juice, cinnamon, and ground cardamom.
  7. 7. Break the ladyfinger biscuits into small pieces.
  8. 8. Distribute about half of the biscuit pieces to the bottom of four glasses.
  9. 9. Drizzle some of the spiced juice mixture over the biscuit pieces.
  10. 10. Add about half of the mascarpone cream on top of the biscuit layer.
  11. 11. Distribute the remaining biscuit pieces on top of the cream.
  12. 12. Drizzle the spiced juice mixture over this layer as well.
  13. 13. Add the remaining mascarpone cream as the top layer on the glasses.
  14. 14. Place the glasses in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  15. 15. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar over the finished tiramisu glasses.
  16. 16. Decorate the tiramisu with chocolate hearts.
