🍰 Christmas Tiramisu with Orange

Ingredients
- 1 untreated orange (zest and juice)
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 200 g mascarpone
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp apple juice (clear)
- 1 pinch cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch cardamom (ground)
- 16 ladyfingers
- sugar-cinnamon mixture
- chocolate heart
Instructions
- 1. Finely grate the orange peel.
- 2. Mix the orange zest with the vanilla sugar and mascarpone until creamy.
- 3. Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
- 4. Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- 5. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the mascarpone cream.
- 6. Mix the orange juice with the honey, apple juice, cinnamon, and ground cardamom.
- 7. Break the ladyfinger biscuits into small pieces.
- 8. Distribute about half of the biscuit pieces to the bottom of four glasses.
- 9. Drizzle some of the spiced juice mixture over the biscuit pieces.
- 10. Add about half of the mascarpone cream on top of the biscuit layer.
- 11. Distribute the remaining biscuit pieces on top of the cream.
- 12. Drizzle the spiced juice mixture over this layer as well.
- 13. Add the remaining mascarpone cream as the top layer on the glasses.
- 14. Place the glasses in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- 15. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar over the finished tiramisu glasses.
- 16. Decorate the tiramisu with chocolate hearts.
