Ingredients
- 2 unpeeled oranges
- 2 rosemary sprigs
- 1.5 kg cured pork ham
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 150°C top and bottom heat.
- 2. Slice the oranges into thin rounds and place them on the ham, pressing down firmly. Wash the rosemary, pat it dry, and pluck small sprigs from the stem, placing them on the ham as well. Wrap tightly in aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
- 3. Remove the ham, unwrap it, and slice it into thin pieces using a sharp knife.
