🍽️ Cozy Apple Milkshake

Ingredients
- 4 Boskop apples
- 4 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp ground hazelnuts
- 2 tbsp raisins
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 40 ml rum
- 700 ml milk
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
- liquid honey
- 8 dried apple slices
Instructions
- 1. Wash the apples thoroughly.
- 2. Remove the core of the apples generously.
- 3. Mix honey, hazelnuts, raisins, cinnamon, and butter in a bowl.
- 4. Fill this stuffing into the hollowed-out apples.
- 5. Grease an ovenproof dish with some fat.
- 6. Place the stuffed apples into the prepared dish.
- 7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- 8. Bake the apples for about 45 minutes in the preheated oven.
- 9. Take the baked apples out of the oven.
- 10. Put the warm apples into a tall mixing container.
- 11. Pour lemon juice over the apples.
- 12. Pour rum over the apples.
- 13. Put the milk into a pot.
- 14. Heat the milk in the pot.
- 15. Add the heated milk to the apples in the mixing container.
- 16. Blend everything with a hand blender until the mixture is frothy.
- 17. Distribute the shake mixture among four glasses or cups.
- 18. Add one scoop of vanilla ice cream to each glass.
- 19. Garnish each drink with dried apple slices.
- 20. Drizzle each drink with a little honey.
