🍽️ Refreshing Watermelon Salad with Sheep's Cheese and Watercress

Ingredients
- 0.5 small watermelon
- 300 g feta
- 125 g watercress
- salt
- pepper
- 50 g pistachio kernels
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
Instructions
- 1. Peel the watermelon and slice the flesh into thick rounds.
- 2. Drain the sheep's cheese (Feta) and slice it as well.
- 3. Wash the watercress thoroughly and shake off excess water.
- 4. Stack the watercress, watermelon slices, and cheese slices alternately to form small towers.
- 5. Season the towers with salt and pepper to taste.
- 6. Roughly chop the pistachio kernels.
- 7. Sprinkle the pistachios and cumin over the salad towers.
- 8. Mix the oil with the vinegar in a small bowl.
- 9. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and serve immediately.
