🍽️ Refreshing Watermelon Ice

Ingredients
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 tbsp Grenadine
- 500 g Watermelon
- 100 g Raspberries
- 1 Lemon (juice)
Instructions
- 1. Put the sugar, grenadine, and 100 milliliters of water into a pot.
- 2. Bring the mixture to a boil on the stove.
- 3. Let it simmer for 1 to 2 minutes.
- 4. Remove the pot from the heat and let the syrup mixture cool down completely.
- 5. Puree the watermelon flesh and the selected raspberries finely.
- 6. Press the puree through a fine sieve to make it smooth.
- 7. Stir in the lemon juice and the grenadine into the sieved puree.
- 8. Fill the mixture into four small ice molds.
- 9. Place the molds in the ice cream maker and freeze the ice for at least 4 hours.
- 10. Just before the ice becomes firm, insert a wooden stick into each mold.
- 11. Place a hollowed-out watermelon half over the stick when serving the ice.
