Ingredients
- 350 g strawberries
- 350 g watermelon (without rind)
- 350 ml kefir
Instructions
- 1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly, remove the green tops, and cut the fruits into quarters. Cut the watermelon flesh into cubes. Blend both together in a mixer and strain through a sieve.
- 2. Pour the smoothie into four glasses and stir in the chilled kefir.
