  1. 1. Halve the watermelon lengthwise and then cut into pieces about 2 cm thick.
  2. 2. Use a knife to make a cut into the rind of the watermelon pieces and insert the wooden stick into this notch.
  3. 3. Coarsely crush the freeze-dried raspberries and set aside.
  4. 4. Coarsely chop the dark chocolate and place in a bowl. Heat a smaller pot with some water and place the bowl with the chocolate in it. Melt over low heat, stirring.
  5. 5. Dip the top ends of the watermelon sticks into the melted chocolate, sprinkle the freeze-dried raspberries over them and let set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
