🍽️ Watermelon Sticks

Ingredients
- 0.5 small watermelon
- 75 g dark chocolate
- 20 g freeze-dried raspberries
Instructions
- 1. Halve the watermelon lengthwise and then cut into pieces about 2 cm thick.
- 2. Use a knife to make a cut into the rind of the watermelon pieces and insert the wooden stick into this notch.
- 3. Coarsely crush the freeze-dried raspberries and set aside.
- 4. Coarsely chop the dark chocolate and place in a bowl. Heat a smaller pot with some water and place the bowl with the chocolate in it. Melt over low heat, stirring.
- 5. Dip the top ends of the watermelon sticks into the melted chocolate, sprinkle the freeze-dried raspberries over them and let set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
