Ingredients
- 80 g Sugar
- 30 g Water Kefir (-crystals)
- 3 Dates
- 2 Lemon slices
Instructions
- 1. Dissolve the sugar in one liter of water.
- 2. Add the water kefir crystals, the dates, and the lemon slices to the mixture.
- 3. Seal the fermentation jar tightly.
- 4. Place the jar in a warm spot.
- 5. Let the mixture steep for two days.
