  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
  2. 2. Whisk the egg whites together with the salt until they are semi-stiff.
  3. 3. Gradually add the wasabi powder and the starch to the egg white mixture.
  4. 4. Finally, stir in the wasabi paste.
  5. 5. Drain the peanuts slightly and gently fold them into the mixture.
  6. 6. Spread the peanuts out on a baking tray greased with oil using a fork.
  7. 7. Bake the peanuts in the oven for about 45 minutes until they are crispy.
  8. 8. Remove the peanuts from the oven and let them cool down completely.
  9. 9. Roast the almonds in hot oil while stirring constantly.
  10. 10. Sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar over the almonds.
  11. 11. Caramelize the almonds briefly until the sugar melts.
  12. 12. Place the almonds on aluminum foil that has been lightly brushed with oil.
  13. 13. Let the almonds cool down.
  14. 14. Separate the almonds from each other if they stick together.
