  3. 3. Rinse the fish fillets under cold water.
  4. 4. Pat the fish fillets dry with a kitchen towel.
  5. 5. Cut the fish fillets in half lengthwise.
  6. 6. Cut the fillets into strips about 4 centimeters wide.
  7. 7. Mix the wasabi with the sour cream.
  8. 8. Add a splash of lemon juice to the wasabi mixture.
  9. 9. Stir the mixture until smooth.
  10. 10. Spread the wasabi cream thinly on the skin side of the fish strips.
  11. 11. Roll up the fish strips tightly.
  12. 12. Secure the rolls with wooden skewers.
  13. 13. Roll the fish rolls in the cooled sesame seeds.
  14. 14. Wash the pak choi thoroughly.
  15. 15. Remove the tough end stems from the pak choi.
  16. 16. Cut the pak choi into pieces about 2 centimeters wide.
  17. 17. Wash the spring onions.
  18. 18. Remove the dry tips of the spring onions.
  19. 19. Cut the spring onions diagonally into pieces about 4 centimeters long.
  20. 20. Peel the carrots.
  21. 21. Slice the carrots lengthwise into thin rounds.
  22. 22. Cut the carrot slices diagonally into pieces.
  23. 23. Peel the ginger.
  24. 24. Grate the ginger finely.
  25. 25. Heat the oil in a wok.
  26. 26. Sauté the ginger and carrots in the hot oil.
  27. 27. Cook the vegetables for 1 to 2 minutes.

  29. 29. Add the spring onions to the wok.
