  2. 2. Remove the hard core at the bottom of the head.
  3. 3. Cut the vegetable into thin strips.
  4. 4. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
  5. 5. Add the cabbage strips to the boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. 6. Drain the vegetable and rinse it immediately with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  7. 7. Let the water drain off well.
  8. 8. Peel the onion and remove the outer layers.
  9. 9. Finely chop the onion.
  10. 10. Slice the sausage into thin rounds.
  11. 11. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan.
  12. 12. Fry the sausage slices in the hot oil until browned.
