🍝 Warm noodle salad with chicken

Ingredients
- 300 g Rigatoni
- 2 Chicken breast fillets
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 1 Zucchini
- 100 g Goat cheese (roll)
- 6 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp chopped Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 4 tbsp roasted Sunflower seeds
Instructions
- 1. Heat a pan with butter.
- 2. Season the chicken breast fillets with salt and pepper.
- 3. Fry the meat in the hot butter on each side for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
- 4. Remove the meat from the pan and keep it warm.
- 5. Wash the zucchini thoroughly.
- 6. Cut the zucchini lengthwise into thin slices.
- 7. Then cut these slices crosswise into thin strips.
- 8. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
- 9. Whisk vinegar, salt, pepper, and oil in a large bowl.
- 10. Add the drained noodles and zucchini strips to the dressing mixture.
- 11. Mix everything well so that the ingredients are evenly coated.
- 12. Slice the warm chicken meat into thin slices.
- 13. Fold the chicken slices into the noodle salad.
- 14. Crumble the cheese over the salad.
- 15. Finally, sprinkle the dish with sunflower seeds.
