🥤 Warm Elderberry Punch

Ingredients
- 300 ml Domestic Elderberries from Voelkel (available at Reformhaus®)
- 4 g Protect Yourself Spice Mix from Brecht (2 measuring spoons; available at Reformhaus®)
- 1 tsp Aronia Powder from Aronia Original (available at Reformhaus® ())
- 1 tsp Acerola Powder from Sanatura (available at Reformhaus® ())
- 4 tbsp Reformhaus® Agave Syrup
Instructions
- 1. Heat the elderberry juice together with 500 ml water in a pot over medium heat for about 8 minutes, without bringing it to a boil. After half the time, add the Protect Yourself spice mix.
- 2. Remove the pot from the heat and let it cool for 5 minutes. Then add the Aronia and Acerola powder and stir everything well with a whisk.
- 3. Pour the warm elderflower punch into cups and serve each with 1 tbsp agave syrup.
