  1. 1. Heat the elderberry juice together with 500 ml water in a pot over medium heat for about 8 minutes, without bringing it to a boil. After half the time, add the Protect Yourself spice mix.
  2. 2. Remove the pot from the heat and let it cool for 5 minutes. Then add the Aronia and Acerola powder and stir everything well with a whisk.
  3. 3. Pour the warm elderflower punch into cups and serve each with 1 tbsp agave syrup.
