  1. 1. Preheat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the hazelnuts to the hot pan.
  3. 3. Roast the nuts without added fat until they are golden brown.
  4. 4. Remove the roasted nuts from the pan and set them aside.
  5. 5. Add the butter to the still warm pan.
  6. 6. Let the butter melt over medium heat.
  7. 7. Peel the bananas.
  8. 8. Cut the bananas in half lengthwise.
  9. 9. Place the banana halves cut-side down into the melted butter.
  10. 10. Fry the bananas for about four minutes until the surface is golden brown.
  11. 11. Sprinkle the sugar over the bananas.
  12. 12. Add the honey.
  13. 13. Sprinkle the cinnamon over them.
  14. 14. Let the ingredients cook briefly until they caramelize.
  15. 15. Deglaze the pan with the lemon juice.
  16. 16. Add the orange juice.
  17. 17. Remove the bananas from the pan and place them on the plates.
  18. 18. Pour the sauce from the pan over the bananas.
  19. 19. Sprinkle the finished bananas with the roasted hazelnuts.
  20. 20. Serve the dish immediately while warm.
