  1. 1. Process the flour with 30 g sugar, the egg yolk, a pinch of salt, and 80 g of diced butter into a dough. Shape the dough into a ball, wrap it in cling film, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  2. 2. Roll out the dough and line the greased baking pan with it. Prick the base several times with a fork. Blind bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (middle rack) for about 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Thoroughly mix the remaining sugar with the egg and the cream. Melt the remaining butter and stir it in along with the rum, cinnamon, and walnuts.
  4. 4. Spread the mixture evenly over the base and bake for about 35 minutes. Then let it cool in the pan.
