  1. 1. Rinse the chicken, pat dry with a kitchen towel, and season with salt and pepper. Sear in a hot pan with a little oil for 2-3 minutes on each side, then reduce the heat and cook for another 4-5 minutes. Let cool slightly.
  2. 2. Wash the apples thoroughly, remove the core, and cut into thin strips. Clean the celery thoroughly, peel, and slice thinly. Chop the walnuts finely.
  3. 3. Mix the mayonnaise with the sour cream, 1-2 tablespoons of water, and the lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Slice the chicken and arrange it in glasses together with the apples, celery, and nuts. Pour the salad dressing over and serve.
