🥤 Fresh Woodruff Punch

Ingredients
- 1 bunch fresh woodruff
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 bottles white wine
- 1 unsprayed lime
- 1 bottle sparkling wine
Instructions
- 1. Wash the fresh woodruff thoroughly.
- 2. Place the washed woodruff in a large bowl.
- 3. Sprinkle the woodruff with sugar.
- 4. Pour the wine over the sugared woodruff.
- 5. Finely grate the lime zest.
- 6. Squeeze the lime juice.
- 7. Add the lime zest and lime juice to the punch.
- 8. Let the mixture steep for 20 minutes.
- 9. Pour cold sparkling wine (dry champagne or sparkling wine) into the punch.
