🍳 Homemade Forest Berry Jam

Ingredients
- 750 g mixed wild berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
- 250 g pectin sugar (3:1)
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the forest berries and remove any unripe or damaged pieces.
- 2. Place the cleaned berries, pectin sugar, and lemon juice into a large pot.
- 3. Heat the mixture while stirring constantly until it begins to boil.
- 4. Let the jam simmer vigorously over medium heat for exactly 4 minutes.
- 5. Take a small spoonful of the hot jam and place it on a chilled plate.
- 6. Wait for 1 minute and check if the jam has set.
- 7. If it is still liquid, cook the remaining jam in the pot for another 1 to 2 minutes.
- 8. Rinse the jars with hot water and immediately fill them with the hot jam.
- 9. Seal the jars tightly with the lids immediately.
- 10. Place the sealed jars upside down on their lids for 10 minutes.
- 11. Turn the jars right side up again and let them cool down completely.
