  1. 1. Wash the berries thoroughly.
  2. 2. Remove any stems or unripe parts.
  3. 3. Gently pat the berries dry with a kitchen towel.
  4. 4. Place the berries in a tall blending cup.
  5. 5. Puree the berries until smooth.
  6. 6. Strain the puree through a fine sieve to remove the seeds.
  7. 7. Pour the smooth berry puree into a shallow dish.
  8. 8. Place the dish in the freezer.
  9. 9. Let the puree freeze for about 2 hours.
  10. 10. Take the dish out of the freezer.
  11. 11. Add the sugar and grape juice.
  12. 12. Puree the mixture again until smooth.
  13. 13. Place the dish back in the freezer.
  14. 14. Let the ice cream freeze for approx. 1 hour.
  15. 15. Stir the ice cream repeatedly while it freezes.
  16. 16. Scoop the finished sorbet into balls.
  17. 17. Place the ice balls into small cups.
  18. 18. Garnish the dessert with fresh mint leaves.
  19. 19. Serve the parfait immediately.
