🍽️ Wild Berry Ice Cream with Mint

Ingredients
- 500 g forest berries (mixed)
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 250 ml light grape juice (chilled)
- mint
Instructions
- 1. Wash the berries thoroughly.
- 2. Remove any stems or unripe parts.
- 3. Gently pat the berries dry with a kitchen towel.
- 4. Place the berries in a tall blending cup.
- 5. Puree the berries until smooth.
- 6. Strain the puree through a fine sieve to remove the seeds.
- 7. Pour the smooth berry puree into a shallow dish.
- 8. Place the dish in the freezer.
- 9. Let the puree freeze for about 2 hours.
- 10. Take the dish out of the freezer.
- 11. Add the sugar and grape juice.
- 12. Puree the mixture again until smooth.
- 13. Place the dish back in the freezer.
- 14. Let the ice cream freeze for approx. 1 hour.
- 15. Stir the ice cream repeatedly while it freezes.
- 16. Scoop the finished sorbet into balls.
- 17. Place the ice balls into small cups.
- 18. Garnish the dessert with fresh mint leaves.
- 19. Serve the parfait immediately.
