🥤 Refreshing Forest Berry Drink

Ingredients
- 2 sprigs lemon balm
- 150 g mixed berries (frozen)
- 150 ml cranberry juice
- 50 ml mineral water (sparkling; ice cold)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the lemon balm thoroughly.
- 2. Shake the leaves dry.
- 3. Pluck the individual leaves from the stems.
- 4. Take out one tablespoon of the frozen berries.
- 5. Set this portion of berries aside.
- 6. Put the rest of the berries into a tall container.
- 7. Pour the cranberry juice over the berries.
- 8. Puree the mixture roughly with a hand blender.
- 9. Pour the pureed mixture into a drinking glass.
- 10. Top up the glass with mineral water.
- 11. Add the previously set aside frozen berries into the glass.
- 12. Garnish the drink with the fresh lemon balm leaves.
- 13. Enjoy the cocktail immediately.
