🍽️ Waffles with Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 50 ml Milk
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 60 g Breadcrumbs
- 60 g Butter
- 120 g Flour
- 1 Sugar
- Oil (for the waffle iron)
- Icing sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- 1. Separate the eggs. Mix the egg yolks well with the milk and stir in the honey along with the breadcrumbs. Let them swell for about 10 minutes. Melt the butter, add it, and work the flour into the mixture.
- 2. Whip the egg whites with sugar until stiff and gently fold them into the batter.
- 3. Preheat and grease the waffle iron. Bake waffles from the batter one by one. Let them cool on a wire rack and serve dusted with icing sugar. Serve with chocolate sauce if desired.
