  10. 10. Add a pinch of salt to a separate bowl.
  11. 11. Add the sugar to the bowl with the salt.
  12. 12. Whip the egg whites very stiff until they are firm.
  13. 13. Preheat the waffle iron.
  14. 14. Grease the waffle iron with some butter.
  15. 15. Add a few tablespoons of batter into the waffle iron.
  16. 16. Spread the batter in the waffle iron.
  17. 17. Bake the waffle.
  18. 18. Take the finished waffle out of the iron.
  19. 19. Repeat the process for the remaining batter.
  20. 20. Keep the waffles warm in the preheated oven.

  29. 29. Put some syrup on the waffles.
  30. 30. Serve the mixed fruit with the waffles.
