  1. 1. Peel the banana, cut it into large pieces, and puree it together with the remaining ingredients, except for the oil, in a powerful blender or food processor until smooth.
  2. 2. Meanwhile, preheat the waffle iron and grease it with a little oil. Pour about 60 ml (approximately ¼ cup) of the batter into the iron for each waffle and bake until golden brown and crispy. Repeat this process with the remaining batter.
  3. 3. Remove the finished waffles from the waffle iron, let them cool briefly, and cut them into strips about 2.5 cm wide.
