🍽️ Waffles for Babies

Ingredients
- 0.5 banana
- 160 g cooked chickpeas
- 240 ml milk (3.5% fat)
- 180 g peanut butter
- 0.25 tsp cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp vanilla powder
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds (10 g each)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
Instructions
- 1. Peel the banana, cut it into large pieces, and puree it together with the remaining ingredients, except for the oil, in a powerful blender or food processor until smooth.
- 2. Meanwhile, preheat the waffle iron and grease it with a little oil. Pour about 60 ml (approximately ¼ cup) of the batter into the iron for each waffle and bake until golden brown and crispy. Repeat this process with the remaining batter.
- 3. Remove the finished waffles from the waffle iron, let them cool briefly, and cut them into strips about 2.5 cm wide.
