  5. 5. Stir in the oat flakes, whole wheat flour, ground almonds, and baking powder.
  6. 6. Continue stirring until the batter is smooth and homogeneous.
  7. 7. Cover the bowl and let the batter rest in the refrigerator for 5 minutes.
  8. 8. Preheat the waffle iron.
  9. 9. Stir the batter briefly before baking.
  10. 10. Place about 2 to 3 tablespoons of batter on the lower baking surface of the waffle iron.
  11. 11. Close the waffle iron.
  12. 12. Bake the waffle for about 4 minutes until golden brown.
  13. 13. Repeat the process until you have baked about 6 waffles.
  14. 14. Place the skyr, almond butter, flaxseed oil, and vanilla powder in a bowl.
  15. 15. Stir the cream until smooth and creamy.
  16. 16. Chop the walnuts finely.
  17. 17. Wash the berries thoroughly.

  19. 19. Place one waffle on a serving plate or a large platter.
  20. 20. Spread 2 tablespoons of the cream onto the waffle.
  21. 21. Distribute some berries and walnuts on top.
  22. 22. Place another waffle on top.
  23. 23. Spread it again with cream, berries, and walnuts.
  24. 24. Repeat the layering process until all waffles are used.
  25. 25. Spread the remaining cream on the top waffle.
  26. 26. Decorate the cake with fresh berries and walnuts.
