Ingredients
- 4 cardamom pods
- 10 g ginger root
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 4 cloves
- 2 star anise
- 4 tbsp espresso powder (15 g each)
- 50 ml oat drink (oat milk)
Instructions
- 1. Break open the cardamom pods with the blade of a knife, clean the ginger thoroughly, and slice it into thin pieces.
- 2. Toast the spices in a hot pot for 2–3 minutes over medium heat. Add the ginger and espresso powder, pour in 400 ml of water, and simmer for about 5 minutes over low heat.
- 3. Strain the mixture through a sieve into two cups and serve with oat milk.
