  2. 2. Toast the spices in a hot pot for 2–3 minutes over medium heat. Add the ginger and espresso powder, pour in 400 ml of water, and simmer for about 5 minutes over low heat.
  3. 3. Strain the mixture through a sieve into two cups and serve with oat milk.
