🥗 Fresh Vegetable Salad as an Appetizer

Ingredients
- 2 onions
- 5 tbsp black olives
- 200 g feta cheese (cut into small pieces)
- 4 tomatoes
- 0.5 iceberg lettuce
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- olive oil (cold-pressed)
- 1 cucumber
- 1 green bell pepper
- fresh parsley
- lemon juice (to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onions and slice them into thin rings.
- 2. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into quarters.
- 3. Wash the iceberg lettuce and tear it into bite-sized pieces.
- 4. Peel the cucumber and slice it into thin rounds.
- 5. Wash the bell peppers, halve them, remove the seeds, and slice them into strips.
- 6. Place all prepared ingredients into a large bowl.
- 7. Season the salad with salt, plenty of black pepper, and 5 tablespoons of olive oil.
- 8. Toss everything well until the ingredients are evenly coated.
- 9. Add a little lemon juice to taste.
- 10. Sprinkle fresh parsley leaves over the salad.
- 11. Serve the salad as an appetizer.
- 12. Serve with fresh flatbread.
