Ingredients
- 12 baguette slices
- butter (for brushing)
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1 chicory
- 100 g mango
- 80 g smoked salmon (sliced)
- caviar (to taste)
- dill (for garnish)
- 200 g lobster (tail pieces, cooked)
- parsley (for garnish)
- 4 slices Parma ham
- black truffle (sliced, to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Brush the baguette slices thinly with butter. Thoroughly wash the lettuce leaves and chicory and pat dry. Peel the mango and use a cookie cutter to cut out 4 balls.
- 2. On 4 baguette slices, place a piece of lettuce leaf, salmon, and caviar, and decorate with dill.
- 3. Top the next 4 baguette slices with a lettuce leaf, lobster tail pieces, and caviar, and garnish with parsley.
- 4. Top the remaining baguette slices with chicory leaves, Parma ham, mango balls, and truffle slices.
- 5. Chill the bites and serve alongside the schnitzel dish.
