  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 160°C with top and bottom heat. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  2. 2. Beat the butter with sugar, vanilla pulp, and a pinch of salt until fluffy. Stir in the egg.
  3. 3. Mix the flour with baking powder and add it together with the oat flakes. Then fold in the almonds and cranberries.
  4. 4. Take small portions of the dough, form them into balls, and flatten them on the baking sheet.
  5. 5. Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes in the oven, then remove them from the sheet and let them cool on a cake rack.
