🍽️ Crunchy Whole Grain Muesli with Yoghurt Dressing

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp wheat germ
- 2 tbsp wheat groats
- 2 tbsp roasted oat flakes
- 1 tbsp coarsely chopped hazelnuts
- 1 tbsp raisins
- 1 apple
- 1 small banana
- 100 g blue grapes
- 200 g yogurt
- 1 tbsp liquid honey
- 2 tbsp whipping cream
Instructions
- 1. Place the sprouted and cracked wheat on two plates.
- 2. Add the oat flakes to the wheat.
- 3. Sprinkle the roasted nuts over the muesli.
- 4. Add the raisins.
- 5. Cut the fruits into small pieces.
- 6. Distribute the fruit pieces evenly on the plates.
- 7. Whisk the yoghurt with the cream in a small bowl.
- 8. Stir the honey into the yoghurt and cream mixture.
- 9. Serve the yoghurt dressing separately alongside the muesli.
